Job Description
- Plan the advertising of the branch activities
- Supervise the group leaders and loan officers
- Verify the clients data collected by the loan officers
- Participate with the loan officers to approve loan requests
- Participate with the loans committee
- Follow up arrears
- Ensure the quality of the portfolio
Job Requirements
Qualifications and experiences:
Education:
- Bachelor degree, faculty of commerce and political sciences are preferred
Experience:
- Not less than 3 - 4 years in micro finance
Competencies:
- Problem solving – team leading – decision making – planning and organizing skills
Technical skills:
- Computer using skills – evaluating projects and raising its capabilities – make feasibility study
