Job Description

Job Summary

  • Play a key role in the smooth functioning of the team that creates Tqweem content.
  • Manage the operations necessary for the Content team to effectively and efficiently plan, create, and disseminate high-quality content.
  • Will also be responsible for ensuring the ongoing quality of Tqweem content. Maintaining internal systems builds the foundation for efficient and impactful work, and demonstrate attention to detail, resourcefulness in anticipating and solving problems, strong organizational systems, and a collaborative work ethic

Job Description

  • Assist Content Development Director in creating best practices and processes for the development of content. Train existing and new team members and ensure processes are being embraced and followed.
  • Engage with customers & customer-facing teams to understand customer use cases and workflows and anticipate content consumption across product lifecycle & product models.
  • Build strong relationships with experts, customers, & thought leaders to inform, validate, and refine new content development.
  • High level of computer literacy (Microsoft package and internet)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product-appropriate content strategies while applying customer-informed curriculum and pedagogy perspectives.
  • Manage partner relationships to ensure requirements, capabilities & standards, planned development, and timelines meet product goals and market expectations.
  • Understand internal and external tools needed for the development of content. Provide roadmap feedback and drive required functionality through the capabilities team.
  • Provide timely, consistent and constructive feedback to writers and other contributors
  • Direct content through appropriate review and workflow processes, to ensure on-time delivery and content quality
  • Assist in commissioning and contracting thought content creators and editors, as needed
  • Training and ongoing mentoring of junior team members
  • Any other duties that can reasonably be expected of you

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in assessment design
  • At least 5 years of team management experience
  • At least Master degree in Education, or social studies
  • Experience in online and digital learning is a must
  • Passion and drive for learning other subjects, and great intuition for how students like to learn
  • Requires strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster/maintain relationships internally and externally. Must have great written as well as oral communication & presentation skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and impeccable communication skills
  • Excellent management skills, including the ability to effectively manage a high volume of simultaneous projects. Proven track record in developing project plans for complex digital projects and delivering the required content on schedule.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to balance short-term and long-term deadlines.
  • Passionate about innovative technologies and how to improve education.
