- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, DB backup and networks.
- Troubleshooting systems and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Job Requirements
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft operating system, applications, and related technologies.
- Working knowledge of LAN administration Knowledge of virus protection software.Knowledge of AD, DNS, WSUS, and DHCP.
-Support End line users. - CCNA, MCSE or MCSA and VCP-DCV are strongly preferred
- Good knowledge of virtualization
