Job Description
- Provides administrative support to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective & accurate manner.
- Assists in the daily office needs and manages all the general administrative activities.
- Greets and welcomes visitors.
- Receives calls and responds to inquiries.
- Writes and distributes email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms, etc.
- Maintains electronic and hard copy filing system
- Assists on any ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Prepares statistical reports, spreadsheets and documents.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from accredited university.
- Very good command of both Arabic & English.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills.
- A hard worker that is capable of multitasking and dealing with work under pressure.
- Be well-organized and thorough, even under pressure.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
