About the Job
  • We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager who will partner with our clients and ensure their long-term success.
  • This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying business opportunities and retaining customers.
  • Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
  • Handle all correspondences with clients and advise on solution best practices.
  • Responsible for the on-boarding process and dashboard training.
  • Prepare reports on account status and track key account metrics.
  • Coordinate and report technical issues and providing support on new features.
Job Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience as Account Manager in an advertising / social media agencies, working with big enterprises is a plus.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to fast learn
  • Fluency in English is a must (written and verbal).
