- Your 1st. Goal is Reviewing all HR parts and policies and make your analysis about it.
- Then you make your plan to relaunch all HR System (Plan Phases & Goals you gave us to improve our company).
2nd. Lunch ALL HR SYSTEM in all company which will be:
- HR Planning.
- Selection & Recruitment.
- Organization Structure.
- Training & Development.
- Compensation & Benefit.
- Performance Management.
- Employee Relation.
Before we start,
- You will give us your analysis and your dead time to launch all phases of HR system.
- Also you should know, There is a partial condition in the event that the objectives of the vacancy are not achieved, namely, fifty thousand Egyptian pounds.
- After he succeeded in his mission, we can discuss to increase the salary.
Job Requirements
We need someone who
- Has his experience with Companies whose has more than 1000 workers means (workers NOT employees) because we have 85% workers and 15% employees, Means also someone has open mind, creative and smart.
- I need a leader NOT a manager to give an example for his people.
- Someone to teach and re-build minds.
