Job Description
- Assist Communications Manager in Planning for brand and product/service communication based on marketing strategy.
- Prepare communication plans, briefs and budgets
- Communicate with all related brand/media/PR and events agencies
- Evaluate and assess agencies outputs and manage deliverables as per plans
- Supervise execution of communication plans and monitor budget spending and invoicing
- Monitor competition communication and activities; media monitoring reports plus market visits
- Analyze and prepare competition communication weekly reports
- Prepare and update sales product brochures and any related POS material
- Assist in qualifying all need-based third party suppliers; events/activations/print/giveaways/research, etc
- Manage third party suppliers and ensure timely quality delivery of all required tasks
- Negotiate third party suppliers’ offers and deliverables
- Attend and supervise all related events including and not limited to; automotive shows, activations and launches
- Supervise and qualify all showroom BTL items; stands, displays, POS production and quality
- Conduct at least two monthly visits to showrooms to ensure quality of display units and any related marketing items
- Conduct monthly random market visits to monitor competition and dealers showrooms activities
- Prepare monthly reports on market visits
- Prepare brief, attend, and analyze any required customer related research in-house or through third party research agency
Job Requirements
- Minimum Years of Experience in relevant business (preferably advertising and events agencies): 5-6
- Written and Spoken English Proficiency is a must
