About the Job

Main Duties:

  • Contacting new and existing customers.
  • Making presentations to promote new products.
  • Agreeing sales, prices and delivery.
  • Keeping in contact with customers before and after a sale.
  • Recording orders.
  • Meeting sales targets.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team member and other departments.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
Job Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
