Job Description
Order to Cash cycle and day to day
- Ownership for complete order process, for both finished goods and VISITs in SAP, including Events and Services of RB coolers/VISIT items
Demand Planning
- Responsible for managing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and meetings for Finished Goods
Importation
- Manage the full import process from vessel arrival to delivery of container to Distributor of 3PL warehouse
Regulatory
- Ensure that all relevant licenses that are required for the entity, products or items are applied for in good time and are always current to enable business continuity
Visibility Items / POSM
- Warehousing management (with external logistics partners) -locations, quality, costs and workflow and responsible for quarterly physical count to the inventory
Purchasing
- Monitor and analyse trends in company spending and inventory control in order to make and translate recommendations for the future, and to identify areas for possible savings
Office Management
Job Requirements
Experience Needed
- 2 – 3 years’ experience
- Ability to quickly identify and analyze risks & impacts and ability to identify alternatives
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- A structured and well organized individual
- Must be self-motivated, self-directed and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced team environment
Education requirements
- Relevant Qualification in Admin / Finance / Supply Chain, IT literate, excellent MS Excel knowledge, familiarity with any integrated business analysis tool is a strong plus (SAP BI/Essbase/Hyperion)
Language requirements
- English language skills
