Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Placing orders to suppliers and coordinates between the supplier and forwarding companies to ensures on-time pickup of all shipments.
  • Handling all necessary shipping documents as per local or origin country rules and regulations.
  • Monitor the shipping and tracking updates for incoming shipments and fill the standard tracking sheets and reports to the logistics manager.
  • Following the customs release process and transportation from the port to the warehouse & Files all related documents.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with both employees at all levels and vendors.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years relative experience in foreign purchasing and logistics cycle.
  • Dynamic and self-motivated person.
  • Good command in English is a MUST.
  • Good Computer skills.
  • Having a Car is preferred.
  • Experience in the field of office furniture
