About the Job
- Supervision of all communication between client service department and the agency’s accounts.
- Revision of briefs and setting long term objectives with accounts.
- Monthly reporting of all accounts’ status.
- Following up with account executives that all clients’ requirements are met whether in-house or out. sourced
- Coaching account executives and day-to-day solving of problems (Internal or with accounts).
- Setting the communication strategy of the client and/or brand.
- Designing and attending pitch presentations for the clients.
- Attending meetings, presentations and TVC production meetings.
- Financial monitoring and initial negotiations with accounts.
- Helping to secure new business and vertical business development
