Job Description
- Conducting interviews .
- Making analysis for our recruitment sources & searching for new sources
- Handled recruitment expansion projects, and the recruitment process
- Onboarding for all new Employees for all levels
- Screening CV’s / resumes, Attract, Interview, assess candidates using tools and Achieve operational delivery of the annual recruitment targets
- Responsible for contacting the candidates to set interview appointments
- Responsible for recruitment tracking sheet as of the recruitment target.
- Handle and manage all recruitment events (Job Fairs)
- Created company’s database and filing system
- Finding new sources of recruitment
- Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals
- Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: bachelor degree
- Experience: more than 2 years
- Language: English fluent
- Skills: leadership, communication, computer skills,
- Gender: female only.
