Job Description
- Define and improve software development processes and procedures ensuring that standards and practices are being followed and improved over time.
- Prepare, Manage and complete project life cycle starting from project planning, requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and delivery.
- Supervise and monitor software development team division including coach, and knowledge transfer, counsel them and encourage good communication among all levels of staff.
- Responsible for preparing technical specs for the complex requirements.
- Review modules code and ensuring coding standards are followed.
- Lead implementation of testing practices including regression, acceptance, functional, and load testing.
- Research and Development on existing and new feature integration, countries coverage, news sources, collaborate with news analyst to plan expandability.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication, coordination, and planning skills.
- Minimum 3 years experience managing software projects as a project manager or team manager.
- Supervise the creation of a high quality project documentation.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and motivate across the organization.
- Self motivated.
