Job Description
- Providing technical guidance to the plant leadership team to ensure processes and equipment are installed, maintained and operated safely, efficiently and reliably to achieve business goals.
- Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for productivity/quality improvements and projects
- Participate as lead operations representative in PHA’s and HAZOP studies
- Responsible for leading investigations and planning corrective action for nonconforming products.
- Responsible for assisting in investigations and planning corrective action with maintenance for equipment problems and bottlenecks. Assisting with annual maintenance shutdown.
- Responsible for maintaining data necessary to measure plant capacities. Areas of focus include production history, safety, quality, material inventories, maintenance, trouble reporting and training.
- Conducts a regular search of new materials, process, and procedures to enhance and improve the process, implement cost reduction, quality, and manufacturing cost
Job Requirements
- Experience not less than 10 Years
- Experience with different kind of Maintenance ( Preventative, Corrective, Predictive …..etc)
- Experience in plastic manufacturing for at least 3 years
- Preferable to be From Sohag / Assuit or Upper Egypt
- Manage / lead Teams
- Preferable to have experience with blowing, Printing, Cutting, Laminations machines for polyethylene and polypropylene
