MCV graduate development program prepares, develops and trains fresh graduates to generate their skills in order to produce highly qualified employees who are capable to compete strongly in their positions and be our future leaders. MCV-GDP is designed to cover 8 professional tracks.
Tracks & Required Major of Study:
- After Sales Track (MCV – AS)
Mechanical Power engineering, Automotive engineering
- Design Track (MCV – D)
Mechanical Power engineering, Mechatronics engineering
- Production Track (MCV – P)
Production engineering, Material engineering, Chemical engineering, Mechanical Power engineering
- Quality Track (MCV – Q)
Production engineering.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates or up to one year experience, holding a bachelor degree.
- Fluent in English, second language will be an asset.
- Passionate, eager to learn, ready to speak up, has a clear vision & objectives.
- Any internships or previous trainings will be an advantage.
- Minimum GPA is equivalent to good.
