Running the entire extrusion plant including extruder, drier, spraying
Unit and cooler from receiving material from the Buhler plant to handing
Over the goods to the bagging plant.
Adhere to defined Quality Standards (accepting, rejecting the finished Product) according to set quality standards.
Additionally, continuous checks on water retention levels and float-ability
As defined by the plant manager/company.
Issuing and submitting daily and monthly production reports to the plant manager.
Follow strictly Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) as issued
Periodically and directed by management.
Issuing and submitting shift, daily quality reports to the plant manager.
Ensuring Material Supply from Buhler plant is sufficient by interacting
With the control room operator and plant manager.
Organizing the production schedule in accordance to the factory
Production schedule.
Responsible for the grinding standards of the products to be extruded.
Cleanliness/Tidiness of the responsible environment including the
grinding section.
Minimizing product loss at startup and during production process
Recycle product in a timely fashion to minimize wastage.
Communicating with Maintenance (mechanical, Electrical, Electronic)
Reference apparent technical issues.
Ensuring sufficient volume of products are available when required for
Bagging/loading.
Staff training in his department.
Any other duties assigned to this role.

Bachelor of engineering - mechanical engineering department.
V.good in English.
Running the entire extrusion plant in an efficient way meeting/exceeding all targets as it by the company.
Highest Quality production standards must be met at all time.
