Job Description
- Provide first line response for users requiring assistance with information technology issues.
- Network and Hardware technical support and assistant (Testing and fixing faulty equipment).
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN) and other systems
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
- Maintain daily performance of computer, printers and phone systems
- Follow-up and update customer status and information
- Train new comers and introduce them to the information technology systems and procedure.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Job Requirements
- Education major: Computer Science
- Have experience in the Real Estate field is a must.

- Experience : 2-3 years
