Job Description

To build a strong customer's relationship providing the high quality level of customer support before and after sale of the company provided products and services, via phone calls or at the company head office.

  • Receiving customers’ inquires over the phone.
  • Receiving customers’ complaints and find solutions.
  • Inform the customer about Waffarha.com services and products.
  • Inform the customers how to pay or buy and how to register on Waffarha.com.
  • Add calls data and customers’ requests.
  • Call the customers to confirm their purchases.
  • Make a survey with customers about our offers.
  • Prepare and revise orders.
  • Meet and greet customers at Waffarha.com head office.
  • Edit or cancel orders.
