Job Description
- Responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation such as installation / maintenance manuals, educational presentations, journal articles, FAQs, patents and testing materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, English Language Major, or equivalent or computer Science bachelor degree.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, including ability to present complex technical information efficiently using text and illustrations.
- Portfolio showing a variety of documentation.
- Expert knowledge of documentation tools and documentation best practices.
- Strong technical skills with ability to quickly learn a complex, highly configurable platform.
- Able to write for technical, semi-technical, and non-technical audiences.
- Advanced knowledge of relevant document design and best practices.
- Collaborate with teams distributed globally.
- Must be able to interview and communicate with remote teams effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Enthusiasm for learning new things.
