Job Description
- Leading the development of standardized content management processes, procedures, strategies.
- Leading projects through the design lifecycle in terms of scoping, research, analysis, design, development, and their launch
- Providing clear timelines through all phases, communicating with different stakeholders.
- Serving multiple stakeholders at all levels, prioritizing requests, and negotiating deadlines
- Demonstrating leadership in all aspects of content development and thoroughly monitoring the performances of the staff as well as evaluating their work
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, E-Learning, or any relevant field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in instructional design, content creation, or e-learning technology
- Experience in online and digital learning
- Fluency in the English language
- Excellent communication skills
- Eagerness to follow up with the latest technologies, education trends, online learning techniques, and technology news
