- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in an understandable way
- Be eager to improve your knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team targets
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a call center environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficient in using call center software and computer systems to process customer information and handle calls efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet to provide quick and effective solutions to customers.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate with team members, and contribute to team goals.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to meet performance targets and metrics set by management.
