Job Description
- Managing an investment portfolio by buying and selling securities based on clients’ investment goals
- Determining how much risk is involved in a particular investment based on the nature of the investment, the client’s financial situation, and other factors.
- Working with clients to create a comprehensive financial plan that addresses their current and future needs.
- Develop a strong pipeline of good quality investment opportunities.
- Participate in negotiations; use negotiation skills to overcome impasses and finalize negotiations in straightforward transactions.
- Works with senior staff to develop a strong pipeline of good quality investment opportunities.
- Preparing reports on the status of client investments or portfolios to managers or clients, as needed.
- Reviewing market trends to determine which investments may be appropriate for a client’s portfolio at any given time.
- Managing the administrative aspects of an investment program, including filing required paperwork with regulatory agencies.
- Recommending changes to investment plans based on new information or changing circumstances.
Job Requirements
- MBA or equivalent qualification.
- 4-8 years of experience in finance with a proven track-record of sourcing, structuring and closing investments.
- Only females can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of relevant industry sector trends.
- Business development and client relationship skills, track record and ability to focus on clients’ needs effectively.
- Strong financial and credit skills; demonstrated ability to structure a variety of financial instruments (debt and equity).
- Ability to interact directly and independently with the senior management of potential clients, of financial and technical partners as well as senior government officials.
- Highly motivated, committed to highest ethical standards.
- Proven business development skills.
