Job Description
- Responsible for the documentary cycle of cash & bank transactions & employees’ custody in factory
- Responsible for preparation GJ & GL related to cash & bank transactions & employees’ custody in factory
- Responsible for accounting reconciliations for the custody of factory employees
- Provide weekly and monthly reports and analysis of cash and liquidity positions in factory
- Daily update of cash position for all bank accounts, and cash box and employee’s custody in factory
- Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial transactions, documents, and reports related to cash & bank transactions & employees’ custody in factory
- Prepare cash budget forecasts for factory expenses
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Work experience as an Treasury Accountant (Experienced ·2- 3Yrs)
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- BSc in Accounting, Finance
