Conduct comprehensive inspections of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, air compressors, and air lines to identify technical malfunctions.
Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint the causes of malfunctions accurately.
Analyze technical data to identify problems and develop appropriate solutions.
Perform periodic preventive maintenance to maintain equipment efficiency and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
Perform necessary repairs for malfunctions and technical issues, including replacing damaged components.
Conduct periodic testing to measure the performance quality of devices and equipment.
Direct all maintenance requests assigned to technicians.
Contribute to general maintenance tasks as needed.
Supervise the work of technicians and workers and ensure they are performing according to technical and quality standards.
Follow up on the work of external consultants and contractors and receive completed work.
Determine technical specifications.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on malfunctions, maintenance, and repairs performed.
Document all maintenance and repair work in maintenance records.
Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance data.
Adhere to occupational safety and health standards during maintenance and repair work.
Ensure performance quality and equipment efficiency after maintenance and repair work.
Prepare monthly reports on maintenance activities.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
2+ years of practical experience as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Good computer skills, including proficiency in relevant software.
Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes.
Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in the field.
