Job Description

  • Passionate about a combination of sales or business development activities and customer relationship management.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement, identify opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products and services to online campaign.
  • Maintaining the client relationship throughout the services delivery.
  • Handling other correspondents in English and Arabic
  • Coordinate with accounting for invoicing purpose
  • Prepare all activities related to meetings, preparing management reports / letters / forms, time schedules, and follow up actions to support and facilitate their activities.
  • Co-ordinate / communicate with other departments in terms of providing and exchange data  information…etc.
  • Deliver and complete all kinds of secretarial responsibilities and works related to sales activities in terms of (typing & printing, faxing, photocopying, phone calls, filing, mailing, etc.…) to support sales team to run their business activities effectively and in quality way.
  • Perform other tasks upon request.
  • Performing sales / marketing phone calls / receiving on daily bases.
  • Taking appointment for the sales team with customers.
  • Receive / send emails to sales team daily bases.
  • Performing quotations, contracts, etc…  for sales team.
  • Develop monthly sales report with the sales team monthly bases.
  • Creates and maintains database, CRM software, and spreadsheet files.
  • Gathering market and client information.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients in person and via phone calls and emails.
  • Representing company at exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
  • Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Experience in SEO/SEM and Digital Media tools.
  • Experience in Digital marketing analysis.
  • Experience in Google Analytics & google AdWords.
  • The ideal candidate will be creative and analytical thinker.
  • Strong analytical, communication and time management skills
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative concentration on social media
  • You must have exceptional listening and research skills to understand our clients' advertising and promotional needs, their budgets, target audience, and other critical market and competition information ... and any other relevant.
