Job Description

Microwize is rapidly growing and we are looking to add more talents to our rapidly growing team.

All the job duties and responsibilities of this role will be done in either Spanish or English

Job Duties:

  • Supports all incoming calls to the practice regarding new and existing appointments.
  • Creates all charts supplying patient demographics and Insurance information in the client's CRM.
  • Sends e-mails to patients confirming appointments and well as internal departments requesting assistance with patients.
  • Checking eligibility and benefits verification for treatments, hospitalizations, and procedures.
  • Handle chats/texts coming in from the website and social media accounts for new and existing patients.
  • Answering all patient or insurance telephone inquiries pertaining to assigned accounts.
  • Make outbound calls on leads coming in from the website and social media accounts.
  • Build charts in Salesforce with all demographic and insurance information.
  • Assist in sending lab scripts.
  • Assist in uploading lab results.
  • Conducting Telemedicine Interpretation.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is a MUST.
  • Experience in a call center environment a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience 
  • Experience working in healthcare a plus.
  • Ability to conduct interpretations (Spanish/English) over the phone. 
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Proficiency with email platforms (e.g., Outlook, Gmail & iCloud Mail) 
  • The ability to multitask (Speaking to a patient while moving through various systems with ease) 
  • Effective communication (both oral and written), multitasking, detail orientation, organizational, excellent customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to be proactive and self-directed utilizing suitable time management, decision-making, and organization skills is required. Incumbents must be able to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday 03:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 06:00 PM to 02:00 AM (Egypt Local Time).
