Job Description
- Respond promptly to customers' inquiries
- Attract potential customers by providing them with accurate information
- Establish and maintain customers’ accounts by recording account information
- Develop leads and schedule appointments
- Handle and resolve customers complaints
- Build sustainable relationships and act with a “customer comes first” attitude with customers through open and interactive communication
- Ensure that all the scheduled appointments are communicated to the operations supervisor promptly
- Ensure that all the complaints are communicated to the quality assurance manager promptly
Job Requirements
- Fluent (German-Italian-French) Speakers who are ready to start immediately are welcome to apply
- Grads and Egyptians only are welcome to apply
- Males must be flexible with night and overnight shifts for males
- No maximum age
- For females, last shift ends at 8/9 pm
- Full time only
