Job Description

  • Respond promptly to customers' inquiries
  • Attract potential customers by providing them with accurate information
  • Establish and maintain customers’ accounts by recording account information
  • Develop leads and schedule appointments
  • Handle and resolve customers complaints
  • Build sustainable relationships and act with a “customer comes first” attitude with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Ensure that all the scheduled appointments are communicated to the operations supervisor promptly
  • Ensure that all the complaints are communicated to the quality assurance manager promptly

Job Requirements

  • Fluent (German-Italian-French) Speakers who are ready to start immediately are welcome to apply 
  • Grads and Egyptians only are welcome to apply 
  • Males must be flexible with night and overnight shifts for males 
  • No maximum age
  • For females, last shift ends at 8/9 pm 
  • Full time only 
  • Interview on the site
