Job Description

  • Developing and administering Human Resources plans and procedures
  • Coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review
  • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Review departmental budgets
  • Organize learning and development programs
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
  • Payroll sheet development
  • Capacity building for personnel

Job Requirements

  • From 3-5 years of experience
  • Hotels/Resorts past experience is a must
  • RESORT RESIDENCY IS A MUST
  • Strong personal impact and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Location: Cairo, Alexandria desert road. 15 minutes away from Dandy mall
