Job Description
- Preparing and recording accounting entries on the system
- Preparing bank statements
- Review employees' advances.
- Preparing and registering tax returns and following up with the tax advisor
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
- Confirm balances of contractors and suppliers at the end of each year.
- Completing purchase orders
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Entering financial information into appropriate software programs (Quick book knowledge is a plus)
- Managing company ledgers
- Processing business expenses
- Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies
- Managing day-to-day transactions
- Reporting on debtors and creditors
Job Requirements
- The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 1+ years experience in Construction industry is must
