Job Description

The Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop strategies and tactics that will ultimately get the word out about our brand and drive qualified traffic to our selling channels
  • Develop plan and strategies for increasing brand awareness
  • Managing our digital media channels and our social media by insuring the production of valuable and engaging content for our website and social media accounts that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Develop key alliances with digital platforms to help promote and sell our products
  • Develop and promote case studies and success stories with Key strategic customers
  • Deploying successful marketing campaigns from idea to execution
  • Measure and report on performance of marketing campaigns
  • Analyze consumer behavior
  • Enjoys cooking as she/he will be required to engage with customers in sampling, food tasting sessions
  • Promoting Good Earth at Events and trade shows and other major industry-related events
  • Develop strong feedback mechanism to help enhance our products and products’ servicing
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

 

Social Media Management Responsibilities:

  • Running company social media advertising campaigns.
  • Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign (This will be done in collaboration with an agency).
  • Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
  • Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
  • Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
  • Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
  • Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
  • Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.

Job Requirements

Skills:

  • Fluency in both oral and written Arabic and English is a must.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team and on various projects at the same time.
  • Ability to work independently in a wide range of assignments/ tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and networking skills.
  • Good intercultural skills and ability to work in a multicultural team.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
