Job Description
Job Purpose: To manage all aspects of material survey for construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare da detailed survey for the main and sub-materials for the tendering phase.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine material requirements.
Responsible for preparing tender documents, including bills of quantities (BoQs).
Internal stakeholder coordination
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Engineering, Electrical, mechanical, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying.
Draftsman knowledge is a plus.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel
Strong command of English and Arabic.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
Knowledge of construction methods and material analysis
