Job Description
- ensures smooth flow of the production process, in coordination with the entire Production team.
- Coordinate with sales team on Delivery schedules.
- Prepare establishing and modification the BOM with all new products, current and reviewed with technical office
- Prepare the Yearly/monthly production plan
- Coordination for the planning of purchase needs based on customer orders received from the sales Department.
- Planning of production program in coordination with Production managers to meet customer delivery dates.
- Coordinate with other departments (operation-purchasing -quality-marketing) to ensure the implementation of all ongoing production plans.
- Coordination with Warehouse and Logistics to ensure smooth flow of products in and out of the facilities.
- Management of special projects to meet specialized customer needs – from pre-sales coordination with Sales through to the delivery through Supply Chain.
- Managing all reporting for the Manufacturing Department related to planning.
- Managing financial and progress reporting for Production related to planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant.
- Min. 5 years of experience in Production/Demand Planning.
- Experience in manufacturing Companies is essential.
- Planning and project management skills.
- Ability to focus on pressure and time management.
