Job Description
Role Objective
- Work closely with team member to utilize leads in various aspects of marketing, such as telephone sales, direct marketing, and work with them to qualify leads.
Role Dimensions / Essential Job Functions
- Qualify leads based on geographical and behavioral criteria.
- Conduct online and over the phone research.
- Act like an owner, facilitator, and coordinator for lead generation team projects and initiatives.
- Handle customers’ complaints professionally and escalate to the Sales Team who is in charge when necessary.
