Job Description
- Establish and maintain the company applicable compliance obligations based on the applicable laws and guidelines. (Applicable laws register),
- Establish the main compliance controls, assign owners for each control and support all control’s owners in the implementation of all controls.
- Establish the yearly audit plan, prepare the scope of each audit.
- Prepare the audit reports and compliance corrective plan after each audit and share the list of findings with all department heads and the Risk supervisor.
- Manage the audit scope, performing the internal audits according to the audit plan to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
- Establish/Maintain the audit and compliance policies, SOPs, guidelines, procedures up to date and ensure all department heads are familiar with the audit process.
- lead any global audits or any audit from the company’s customers or through third parties and Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
- Review all contracts with customers and prepare the list of KPI's that should be designed to measure the actual effectiveness of the compliance controls.
- Prepare the audit and compliance management review reports that will keep the management aware with the open findings, weakness and potential contract violations.
- Collaborate with human resources department to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violations.
- Consult with legal counsel regarding compliance issues.
- Train employees on compliance topics.
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- 3-5+ years’ Compliance management.
- Aware with compliance best practices and audit management.
- Possess over the top problem solving and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of compliance management.
- Be aware of, mitigate enterprise risk factors, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, legislation and Majorel Egypt policies and procedures.
- Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as the job demands and travel as required.
