Job Description
- Review mechanical (CAD & BIM Design - shop) drawings and calculations
- Prepare tender documents (specifications, drawings, BOQ, method of measurements and contracts).
- Review the technical offers to ensure that they comply with the project specs and compare between the financial offers and cost sheets.
- Responsible for reviewing structure and MEP drawings and technical coordination between all trades.
- Review schematic designs of new projects received from the design consultant to verify their
- compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Obtaining the technical and financial offers for all mechanical items.
- Expert in creating BIM Model
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering
- 5-8 Years of experience
- REVIT is a Must.
- Revit models from LOD (300) .
- Reviewing project documents (design drawings, BOQ, specifications……. )
- Design review and validation for all mechanical disciplines.
- Generating mechanical shop drawing sheets from Revit models.
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical shop drawings for all systems .Building CAD & 3D REVIT models.
- Upgrading Revit models from LOD (300) .
- Reviewing project documents (design drawings, BOQ, specifications……. )
- Design review and validation for all mechanical disciplines.
- Generating mechanical shop drawing sheets from Revit models.
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical shop drawings for all systems .
