You'll be working for our founder as a general accountant and administrator helping support:

- Mindsalike
- CEO Personal Accounts
Accounting tasks
- Manage all accounting transactions using excel and quickbooks
- Help prepare financial statements on time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
Administrative Tasks
- Employee Document Filing
- Assisting founder with administrative tasks as needed
Job Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelors in Commerce, Accounting or Finance related degree.
- 1-3 year's work experience in general accounting in Egypt
- Advanced usage of MS Excel & Word
- Understanding of accounting requirements in Egypt around VAT, Payroll Taxes, Khasm Wi Idafa, End of Year Audits, etc.
- Excellent English & Arabic
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Quickbooks
