Operations manager (Contracts)

We are looking for a qualified Operations Manager responsible for managing contracts, property booking forms, and overseeing contacts within the Mira Development team. The primary objective of this role is to supervise the execution of Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and ensure the availability of required documents from clients.

Responsibilities:

• Process contracts and property booking forms in strict accordance with company rules and policies.
• Request necessary documents from clients.
• Monitor compliance with SPA.
• Maintain records and generate reports on contract performance.
