Job Description
- To be the guardian of the brand equity; fully aware of it, and responsible for protecting it.
- Have a strategic feel of the competitive situation in the market, and long-term plans for pre-empting competitive developments.
- Fully understand the company’s mission and values, commit to them, and enforce them among his/her people.
- Set objectives for brand (share and marketing support).
- Ensure that the right initiatives/projects for the business are in place and follow-up on their implementation.
- Achieve business objectives, including contributing to achieving brand profit objective.
- Maintain a healthy and profitable brand growth.
- Develop communication, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Develop brand communication plans, and manage new concept, campaign testing and evaluation.
- Manage the brand presence on all digital platforms, and be knowledgeable of the category digital performance. This includes social media, e-commerce, and relevant media and websites.
- Lead new campaigns and advertising material development.
- Ongoing monitoring of brand, competition and overall market performance.
- Propose the required research for the brand.
- Contribute to managing research agencies and research projects to achieve desired results.
- Update the department head and management committee on research findings.
- Prepare annual Brand plans with detailed activities and proposed budgets.
- Develop action plans that ensure meeting Company / Department objectives and goals.
- Secure management approval on annual marketing budgets.
- Manage and control the marketing spending in line with approved budgets.
- Asses advertising and promotion proposals.
- Conduct regular evaluations for campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure performance appraisals are conducted at least once a year for all employees in the team
- Report on monthly basis to the Marketing Manager as well as to related Group Managers in different departments on brand performance versus objectives.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Major Marketing) or relevant
- Has at least 3 year of experience in the field of brand management.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Excellent command in spoken and written Arabic & English.

- Ability and experience with working multi-functionally.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
