Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute marketing plan to meet company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing team to establish marketing budgets and timelines.
- Campaign Management
- Plan, design, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, ensuring alignment with goals.
- Manage the production of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and presentations.
- Contribute to influencers campaigns by brief and Theme direction
- Product Development
- Follow up product development process including from registration to launching
- Writing Art work content and follow up with registration and Designer team .
- Responsible for all materiel content .
- Brand Management
- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing channels and materials.
- Enhance brand awareness in the marketplace.
- E commerce Brand activities and visibility supervision .
- Review stock by branch and take action for best achieving
- Follow up all tasks required for KSA Launching
- Support in sales incentive for motivation
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management
- Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Reviews contract for vendor and supplier
- Event Planning and Coordination
- Organize and manage events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Represent the company at industry events to build networks and increase visibility.
- Brand Training
- Support in training and training materiel
- Support in all required presentation for brand plan and brand events
Job Requirements
- experience as marketing executive or similar role from 5 to 10 Years of experience
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
- Cosmetics Experience is Preferable.
