We are looking for a Scrum Master/Project Manager who can join us on our journey and be part of our team.
The Project Manager’s role will be key to the Product Development. The successful Project Manager will be working alongside Development, Software Architects, and QA.
The Project Manager will have attention to detail and will embed themselves in the heart of the project, undertaking the role of a Scrum Master amongst other things as well, to ensure the successful completion to time and quality deliverables.
Key Accountabilities:
- Daily follow-ups on tasks, Monitor and control progress of all planned worked for the teams under responsibility. Early escalation of deviations along with proposals for mitigation plans is critical.
- Adherence to Agile best practice, ensuring that all ceremonies such as sprint reviews, sprint planning and (critically) sprint retrospectives are appropriately prepared, performed and actioned
- Provision of accurate reporting to managers and senior stakeholders
- Act as a dedicated scrum master, including facilitating all scrum related activities
- Analyze and document requirements (scope), business rules (use cases), via user stories, user requirements specs, and/or functional requirements specs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day internal liaison and be responsible for project management and the delivery of software within the agreed timeframes
- Raise and track defects with other teams
- Own Jira sprints, workflow and reporting
- In conjunction with the associated senior staff, matrix management of a team of developers, testers, and business analysts involved in developing and maintaining processes for efficient delivery of software to customers

Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in a software development environment with a sound understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodology
- Eye for detail and ability to closely monitor progress and report status of team’s ongoing activities
- Proven communication and presentation skills
- Dealing with change on a daily basis; must be comfortable both with external factors driving this change as well as internals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with very strong English
- A good understanding of software development processes and familiarity with modern coding tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency with the Atlassian suite of products (Jira, Confluence)
- Project management and organizational skills
- Proven track record in technology and SaaS solutions
- Proficiency with Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) and Software Development Lifecycle
