Job Description
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Design effective training programs.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
- Train and support new employees.
- Preparing and designing development plans whenever needed
- Responsible for designing, organizing, and/or delivering training programs that meet defined business requirements.
- Responsible for program administration, including scheduling, communications, materials production, facilities coordination, and participant tracking
- Deliver face to face and virtual classroom training, by creating a positive learning environment ensuring that all delegates receive appropriate motivation, direction, coaching, and feedback to achieve learning objectives.
- Plan and prepare for an effective, organized, and well-structured training program so as to maximize the learning opportunity and achieve objectives.
- Performing periodic and regular quality assessments and identifying compliance issues, concerns, and deficiencies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as corporate trainer or similar role from 2-5 Years.
- Good understanding of various teaching methodologies and tools
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience with an e-learning software is an asset
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
