Outbound Travel Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza as an Outbound Travel Consultant.  you will be responsible for creating and organizing customized travel itineraries for clients. You will work closely with our sales team to maximize conversion rates and offer high-quality consultation services to clients. Additionally, you will manage reservations, keep up-to-date on industry trends, and help to plan and operate our tour packages.

Experience a minimum of 3-5 years in international Travel Operations.

Handle all outbound holiday packages for groups and individuals.

Handling all MICE requests for groups, meetings, conferences, events, etc.

Expertise in Europe,US , Far East Destinations and has strong knowledge with travel and visa conditions for these destinations and can handle all issues for Groups in these destinations.  

A creative person has flexibility in design travel daily itineraries with new Ideas for groups with competitive prices

Handling all travel Corporate Business requests, Handling tailor-made requests. Preparing quotations and itineraries. 

Making arrangements for Air Ticket, transportation, accommodation, tours and activities outside Egypt. Interact with clients over Phone, E-mail. Handling invoices and issuing of vouchers. 

Following up the file from arrival date till departure date.

Solving problems that may guest faces during their trip.

Oversee all aspects of the visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly and deal with all applications by post and all type of visas, ensuring that the client is suitable and all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
