Job Description
- Applying the implementation of plans, programs, and policies concerning OD management, Recruitment & Selection management, and Training.
- Reports to: Factory Manager
- Create and update SOPs (standard operating procedures).
- Prepare all internal policies and contracts.
- Create and update all HR functions forms according to Egyptian labor law.
- Establishment and update job analyses, and job descriptions.
- Prepare and oversee the implementation of the annual manpower plan.
- Create and update internal recruitment policies.
- Post job vacancies through different recruitment platforms.
- Screen, sort, filter all CVs and create a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
- Responsible for internal and external training activities.
- Apply and update policies, forms, annual budget, and training plan.
- Design measurable and periodical performance evaluation system.
- Responsible for preparing monthly payroll system and monthly salaries sheets through attendance system and devices.
- Follow up on the vacation balances.
Job Requirements
- HR diploma or certificate is a must.
- Solid knowledge of labor law and regulations
- An Analytical and Strategic Thinker
- Perfect English writing and communication skills
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Team orientation and the ability to work closely with cross-functional partners
- 2+ years of professional in the personnel & recruitment department.
