Job Description
- Receive, coordinate, and follow up all of orders, diagnostic procedure, lab tests, and investigation required for the patient, to ensure high quality of patient care and efficiency of services.
- Attend daily patients’ rounds with assigned staff to ensure that staff implements all nursing procedures, duties, and patients care is carried out as directed in accordance with physician's instructions.
- Supervise the staff nurses to perform proper aseptic techniques, isolation procedures, and infection control measures.
- Participate in specific floor orientation of new staff in the floor, and learn new clinical practices, to Ensure safe practice for all nursing staff.
- Ensure staff implements the procedures for charging patients in the required time frame.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, technical institute of nursing.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as Head Nurse or assistant head nurse or charge nurse in the same area of specialty.
- Good English skill is important.
