Job Description
- Provide high-level Employee service for HR-related needs.
- Maintain effective communication with employees, and actively respond to concerns and issues.
- Support and involve in the recruitment and hiring activities.
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
- Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues.
- Work on explaining and implementing and monitoring effective HR processes, policies, and practices.
- Administrate and monitor Employees' daily attendance.
- Handle employees' grievances, complaints, and inquiries.
- Dealing with the governmental bodies related to HR issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: 1-3 years in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication Skills.
- Ability to build good working relationships.
- Have exceptional problem-solving and Decision making skills.
