Job Description
- Responsible for Channel Growth and Agree OP by Channel.
- To Ensure Channel Development (Growth, Strategy, Product Mix, Promo calendar, Investment, margins, Distribution, Profitability …etc.).
- To manage Brand Communication by Channel/ Customer (Communicate monthly Activities).
- To plan Joint promo calendar and Consumer promo aligned with the marketing team and sales heads.
- To Control and develop deployment plan to BDA “Business development agreement” with the contracted customers.
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction Surveys according to “C R A V E” Model.
- To develop with merchandising teams planograms by Channel/ Sub Channel & Customer.
- To initiate and implement new projects to develop current & new channels “ KR”
- Develop and align with Marketing team on CP, POS, Launches, and Marketing campaign implementation
- Agree & Implement action plan generated from Shopper Understanding survey by Channel
- Manage Competition by Channel / Customer & recommend action plans
- Implementation & Roll out of channels Best Practices for other channels/category teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from related departments.
- From 4 to 6 years’ experience at FMCG sales within MT channel-trade marketing – customer development.
- Have a very good understanding for the MT channel and MT customers dynamics, BDA terms and able to trigger on their growth drivers.
- Have a very high end of analytical skills, sense of figure, ability to interpret detailed data, and fact and figures oriented.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Very familiar and skilled using the MS excel, advanced excel, and power point.
- Good command of English.
- Result oriented, team work player.
