Senior Accountant

Urgently Required for a Reputable Contracting Company located in Zahraa El-Maadi;

Senior Accountant with experience 5 to 7 years in the Contracting field with the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:

• Reported to the Financial Manager.
• Analyze financial information, Account reports, keep a record of profits and losses, military tax, and financial activities.
• Invoice analysis to make the monthly tax return.
• Preparing customer invoices with all their attachments before sending them.
• Analyze operating files and review all revenue, cost records, and record all inputs and expenses such as general and administrative expenses, operating expenses, selling and marketing expenses, and purchases.
• He reviews the company's bank statements, balances and studies its position with the actual movement of cash flows and loan repayments. recommendations to be raised to the direct manager.
• Informs the banks of the company's approved signature forms.
• He studies the position of the operating banks and the risks of dealing with them, if any, and presents the results of his studies to the direct manager.
• Implementing systems for recording and analyzing customer accounts, ensuring their accuracy, and working to develop them to serve the company's objectives.
• He opens a file for each client separately and registers with this file on a regular basis by making a periodic statement of account supported by copies of invoices and documents.
• Reviews the accounts of suppliers and contractors.
