Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Support the Routing Team periodically and match actual locations with their coordinates.
- Direct and solve supervisors’ problems as well as any customer issues related to the area under
their supervision. - Approve the updates of customers' lists and removal of non-active customers from the routes.
- Review monthly KPIs' report and ensure all team's KPIs are met.
- Perform periodic field visits with the purpose of evaluating and reporting the sales team's
performance and the market situation. - Monitor and report the status of competitive products in the market continuously.
- Follow up on commercial marketing equipment (displays at customers) and periodically report
their status. - Develop the skills of sales team to improve their performance.
- Ensure the company policies are implemented and complied by the sales team.
- Analyze sales activities and determine growth & cost cut opportunities.
- Achieve sales' targets per Brand and per SKU
Job Requirements
Work Locations Available for this position (Upper Egypt).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Previous experience in Similar role
- Previous FMCG industry Experience
- 5 - 7 years of Sales Experience.
- English Proficiency: Good speaking and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication at all levels
- Max. Age 35.
