Job Description
- Receive all inquiries and complaints from customers such as ( payment method, renwal of contract & so on) and respond quickly.
- Good dealings with the complainant or the complainant according to the nature of the query or complaint.
- Writing a daily report to document the daily inquires.
- All of the above should be done in accordance with the customer service instructions approved by the Marketing and Sales team.
- Making sure of the product's quality.
- Attract new customers & increase one's commission.
- Communicate by phone, social media& email.
- 2 days off

- Education: Bachelor degree
- IT background is a must
