Job Description
- Responsible for the warehouse he is assigned to the warehouse and is responsible for the physical inventory stored in his warehouse. .
- Receiving and handing over warehouse items after ensuring its numbers and contents
- Maintaining all documentation and filing item cards and ensuring the documentation process follows procedures.
- Perform daily records of items movement in the warehouse.
- Recording of receiving operations with the record in the store subject of receipt.
- Follow-up requests for transfer between stores and determine the most appropriate quantities for approval and store exchange.
- Recording of warehouse disbursement operations, incoming and outgoing transfers, and charging material costs spent on the beneficiary cost centers.
- Follow-up and recording of pre-disbursed returns, and raising their cost burden from the cost centers under recurrence.
- Follow-up and recording the exit of items to be returned to suppliers in the event of return conducting periodic inventory, flash inventory, sample inventory, monitoring differences, and periodic inventory re-evaluation operations.
- In the event that the items are disbursed as fixed assets, the warehouse accountant must evaluate them and record the warehouse exchange process by entering its most appropriate journal
Job Requirements

- Social and Health insurance are provided.
- Experience from 3 to 5 years is needed.
- Age not more than 40.
- An on-site full residence is provided.
- Experience in the field of warehousing and contracting is preferred.
